Candidate Testimonials

Don't just take our word for it. See what others are saying about their experience with Alliance HR Network.

"I sent an email on a Thursday, received a call the same day (!), and was invited for an interview the following day.  After only a few days of interviews and proficiency tests, I was already being interviewed by the company I now work for.  And after that interview, I was hired and asked to come in the following Monday!  The timespan from when I replied to your post online to the moment I started working under my new employer was less than a week!  I was very impressed by how streamlined and professional everything was.  Everyone at Alliance had a great attitude and held a genuine interest in finding me a job suitable for my interests, experiences, and expectations."

"Dear Team at Alliance:
On Thursday, October 20,2005 I sent in my resume. On the following day, I went in to fill out the paperwork and take an evaluation exam. By Monday of the following week I had an interview. You don't hesitate at all. This shows how determined you are in fitting the right candidate with the right employer.
One week later after the initial contact day, I closed the deal with the company you matched me up with. Least to say, you gave me the confidence I needed to go in there and sell myself at the very best. The company was only willing to pay me $26,000 because of my lack of experience. They said tops.....$27,000. By the time we closed the deal, I had them at $29,000 with the possibility of a review in the first year, and possibly bumping me in the low $30’s depending on my performance. Well all I can say is, I KNOW I will be hitting the $30s next year. I know I have the skills, I just needed the right opportunity to refine what I learned in school. Thanks again Alliance. I'll keep you posted.

Tip to the wise:

  • Know what you're worth
  • Be persistent
  • Never say, "I think or I might" instead say, "I know and I will", and always answer everything you're asked.......in complete sentences."

"I wanted to write you a quick note to say thank you for the mock interview. I was about to go on my very first interview in roughly two and a half years and I definitely needed the practice. I didn't realize that I was as nervous as I was until you pointed it out. Holding the mock interview directly before the real interview was the best thing because it let me get passed all of my nervousness and be more focused and confident. It really helped make my thoughts be more clear and concise. I think that without the mock interview I would have been way less prepared for the real interview and would not have been able to let the true me shine through."
