Outplacement

 

In the event that your company is forced to downsize, Alliance HR Network offers an Outplacement service that will alleviate you from the personal impact of the employee separation process. In partnership with your management team, we conduct the complete outplacement process; from exit interviews to resume coaching, career advisory assessments and contingency staffing arrangements. This allows you and your management team to focus on your core competencies, and ensure that the human side of having to let people go is honored.

After an optional exit interview, a consultant from Alliance HR Network can meet with your employee to discuss the employment completion process and strategies for them to transition into a new career. Depending on the level of service the employer chooses, the package can include an in-depth assessment – The Career Advisor – which provides the employee with a detailed record of their mental aptitudes and personality traits related to suitable positions in a multitude of industries. The consultation can also incorporate the DiSC Classic® profile that enables the candidate to become aware of their work style and best fit for the future.

Additionally, we offer one-on-one coaching or group consulting on resume writing and interview strategies.
